If you have ever wanted to add blur effects to your existing photos, Blur is likely the best choice for you. The app allows you to control the amount and intensity of blur in your photos using only a few simple sliders. You can then save your photos and use them as your new wallpaper and more.
Unfortunately, this app doesn't really offer much more in the way of photo editing. It also has some ads that can be quite annoying. However, the app does a great job doing what it was designed for.
